How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, assess repair requests, prepare quotes, coordinate collection and return, provide service updates, and handle warranty support. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Device data
We respect customer privacy while handling devices. Customers should back up important data before repair whenever possible — especially for storage, OS or software-related work. Solvertrix technicians do not access personal files unless directly required for diagnosis.

We keep enquiry and service information only as needed for the enquiry, repair, warranty support, and required business records. Website interactions
The enquiry forms do not submit details to a website server. Opening WhatsApp shares the entered details with WhatsApp to prepare a draft. Solvertrix receives your enquiry when you send that message. Optional location sharing can be removed before sending. This release does not load an external analytics tracker. The store purchase list stores only product identifiers and quantities on your browser; clearing the cart removes them.
Sensitive information
Do not share passwords, OTPs, account credentials or payment-card information through the forms. If access is needed for diagnosis, agree a suitable access method with the technician separately. Contact us to discuss any privacy concern before sending a device.
