Common phone issues

We assess damaged displays, charging faults, battery drain, power problems, speaker and microphone faults, water damage and software issues. Biometric and board-level work depends on the model and condition. Some devices or faults may not be repairable.

The exact model matters

Share the brand and full model number when available. Display type, regional variant, connector and battery specification can differ between similar phones. We confirm compatibility before recommending a replacement.

Parts and condition

Ask which part is being offered: genuine when available, compatible, or another clearly described option. The quote should identify the option, price and applicable warranty. We do not promise that every replacement is a manufacturer-original part.

Diagnosis, cost and approval

The initial assessment is free. Physical inspection may be needed to identify the fault. Model, component quality, extent of damage, and board work affect price. You receive a written quote and approve paid work before it starts; additional work requires a revised approval.

Turnaround and collection

Many common repairs take 1–3 business days after receipt, depending on parts and diagnosis. Courier transit is additional. Water damage and board faults can take longer. Confirm collection, packaging and any delivery cost before dispatch.

Protect your data and your device

Back up data where possible and remove accessories not needed for diagnosis. Do not put passwords, OTPs, payment details or account credentials in the booking message. If a battery is swollen, damaged or leaking, contact us for handling guidance before arranging shipment; courier restrictions may apply.

Warranty and return

The quote explains any repair or part warranty, its duration and exclusions before approval. Physical and liquid damage are generally excluded. Ask how to report a repeat fault, and confirm device-return arrangements if you decline the quote.
