Keep your PC working for you.
Desktop diagnosis, gaming-system support and practical upgrade guidance.
Desktop and gaming support
We assess no-power and no-display faults, boot failures, overheating, noisy cooling, RAM and storage faults, GPU issues and unstable performance. A symptom can have several causes; diagnosis determines which work is appropriate.
Upgrades that fit the system
A part must fit more than the budget. We check motherboard and CPU support, RAM type, storage interface, PSU capacity, case clearance and cooling requirements before proposing an upgrade. Share your current component list and intended workload.
Custom PC enquiries
For a new system, tell us your budget and workload: office use, gaming, design, CAD or rendering. We can discuss a component proposal and assembly scope. Component availability, manufacturer warranty, software licensing and any service charges should be confirmed in the written quote.
Software and storage work
We support operating-system, driver and malware-related diagnosis. Back up data before storage or OS work. Explain whether preserving files is required, and approve any operation that could erase data before it begins. Data recovery success cannot be guaranteed.
Price and approval
The initial assessment is free. The quote identifies proposed work, parts, labour, delivery arrangements and applicable warranty. We seek approval before paid work and before a change in scope. Final suitability and cost depend on inspection and component availability.
Timing and transport
Many common repairs take 1–3 business days after receipt; complex faults and parts delays may take longer. Courier transit is additional. Desktop systems and graphics cards need suitable packaging: confirm instructions and transit arrangements before sending.
After repair
We explain the work completed and applicable warranty terms. Ask about the checks relevant to the fault, such as power, cooling, boot or system stability. Contact us with your request details if a related problem returns.
